Data processed Navigation data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. The data collected in this way could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site.
Data provided directly by the user The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of data as requested by sections of this site are used in order to process the user's requests.
The nature of data provision With the exception of navigation data, which are necessary to implement computer and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to proceed with the requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.
Methods of processing Data processing is carried out using computerised and paper media. This site uses Analytics to analyse traffic and to optimise the content and performance of the site itself. Rights of the data subject The data subject may assert his or her rights as expressed in Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 by contacting the data controller. In particular, according to art. 7, the interested party may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. The data subject shall have the right to be informed of: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); e) the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing. The interested party has the right to obtain a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. You have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
